Bekeryien return policy

At Bekeryien, we do everything to ensure your orders meet the expectations you have for them. However, sometimes things are not perfect. This is a return policy explaining the terms under which returns or replacements might be accepted.

Cash on delivery policy

All orders are processed with a cash on delivery payment option. Once you receive your order and pay for it, it is final. We cannot accept returns or give refunds when the payment has been received except in cases where a wrong or defective product is delivered.

Eligibility for returns

A return or replacement may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive a different product than what you actually ordered.
• Faulty Product Received: If the product is defective or damaged when it arrived.

Return conditions

A return or replacement is allowed on these conditions:

• You must inform us immediately after shipment if the product received was not correct or faulty; and payment is not accepted until the product is in good condition.
• The product should be intact and without change. We can't accept returns on goods that are partly or fully consumed.
• A picture of the problem, in addition to a description of the problem, must accompany any return request. How to Initiate Return

Attach your order details, a short description of the problem encountered, and photos where possible. We will examine your request immediately and let you know whether a replacement or refund can be made.

Non-returnable conditions

• When your payment has been received and your order is accepted, it cannot be returned and refunded.
• No return will be accepted for a reason such as personal preference or change of mind after order is delivered.
